Interesting concept. Im far removed from the health sector, but wondering if this is a unique strategy or if it has been tried before elsewhere?

I was under the impression under-funding was the reason health care practitioners were avoiding the public space. I’m sure a “all stick, no carrot” strategy will work wonders though.

Wow. A lot of doctors work in both Private practice and Public hospitals. I guess Quebec will be the new leader in Nurse Practitioner when all the doctors leave.
