I doubt they’re gonna roll out a new constitution a couple weeks from now. It could be well after the elections just as you wanted.

They’re planning on elections.

And just because certain factions were left out, doesn’t mean they still can’t submit their proposals.

Specialized technical sub-committees will also be formed. An online platform will be created to collect proposals from Palestinians at home and abroad.
