    Suspends immigrant visa processing. It’s a specific type of long term visa.

    Stupid headline, how many people planned to permanently immigrate to the US for the World Cup? Likely none. Tourist visas are the category “Non-immigrant visa” so they shouldn’t be affected.

        Typically these visas are for spouses of Americans, work visas, and adoptions. There’s a few other categories, but it looks like those are the typical big ones.

        Sorry, MAGA, but your mail order brides have to come from Ukraine now.
