Somehow this isn’t even the most embarrassing part of the Frontier.
Was thinking about this the other day. How did Larian Studios follow this up with BG3, where you can fuck a bear, with like no controversy?
I guess it’s because of the narratives around the games? the frontier was poorly recieved for MANY reasons, which let people dogpile on and build momentum on the hatetrain (kind of like with kiwifarms?) whereas bg3 was very well recieved generally, so those voices largely got snuffed out of the main conversation. also presumably bg3 is better integrated, but idk i’ve never fucked a bear yet
