The concept of “banned words” (other than the offensive stuff, of course) in a classroom is so funny to me. There is no way that the person who came up with that wasn’t the sourest loser ever.
This must be out of date, there’s no big back or turning Ohio or anything. Not even a “ACkShuLly it’s GNU…”
My entire school had a banned words list they put on a board near the main door.
I remember walking in past the board one morning only to get pulled back by a friend, he didn’t say anything just stood pointing at the board…They added ‘Milf’ to the list of banned words.
It says words, not phrases. So you’re not allowed to use “I,” “use,” “by,” “the,” “way,” or “and.”
That would actually be an interesting challenge for an English class.
All words starting with N are banned I guess, like I use *ixOS btw
