Growing up in the deep south we were WCW people for most of that time, despite what people sometimes think today, Goldberg was super over in the '90s, today his move set, age, and general limitations of having barely learned the basics doesn’t fly, but back then, he was a fucking star for WCW. Guy deserved a retirement, and I’m glad it was done by giving it all he had in the tank and not phoning it in.

That being said, I’m still mad at him for destroying Raven and taking the US Title, that he didn’t even want.
