Safety and environmental regulations tend to be written in blood — they’re not created until after people die. A policy of simply not enforcing regulations until after they’re formally repealed means more people die sooner.

    Already not followed in the United States enough and if Trump goes through with this definitely be worse

    Any drive through any US city that has any kind of construction going will show many OSHA violations

    The food industry is also very slack already and anything other than what we have now would be just taking the pants and underwear off

    Now on transportation might feel safer if say speed limits plus traffic laws were removed because as it stands now our current unenforced speed limits/traffic laws are a lethal combination of drivers doing whatever and drivers struggling to abide by traffic laws

    With pay as low as it is and the cost of living so high mistakes are already piling very high on job sites everywhere and moral is lower than ever
