Some years ago I read an article that they had found a t-rex fossil with the vocal organ in a relatively good condition. Good enough that they could recognize it’s basically the same shape as that of goose, meaning that t-rex probably sounded like a prolonged goose sound with a very low pitch. So, I searched for some goose sounds and used Audacity to slow the sound down to about one fifth. Sounds really good! And also somehow scary. It wakes up something in my subconscious, and I wonder if our very very archaic ancestors, whatever rodents they were, had evolved to react to a slowed-down goose sound with “hehe, I’m in danger!”
I’d paste the sound files here, but I don’t really know how to do it easily. There are many services for that, but which one to use?
