Every time I close Nextcloud client, it restart itself after a second.

pkill -f nextcloud
Check this file:
/usr/share/dbus-1/services/com.nextcloudgmbh.Nextcloud.serviceIf it exists, change the last line in it to
Exec=/usr/bin/false. See if that fixes the restart issue.
