    Like they’re going to actually admit that they’re corrupt, dishonest and blinkered by ideology and bias.

    Remind me not to go to the US anytime soon. Such a lack of checks and balances against an administration hell bent on arbitrarily seriously injuring swaths of people on a whim is rather concerning. It wouldn’t be impossible for me at this point to arbitrarily be deported into some random despot country were I ever to try to visit, even if I didn’t do anything illegal, and have all my paperwork in order. That is very concerning.

    The rule of law is there to protect as much as it is to assert control. What the supreme court is doing here, even if not in technically, would be approximating forgoing the rule of law entirely.
