Wasn’t the whole story that they were offered this contract? Guy could have just said “I was invited to the chat but it was sketchy so I didn’t take the offer” and then shut up about it, unless there’s a smoking gun or something that I don’t know about.

Taylor Lorenz (the writer of the article) has said there is a lot more information, not included in the article for legal reasons. Taylor doesn’t just have leaked chats, she also has informants who were inside the program. She says that she has seen the contracts but not published them. The wired article says that Chorus Creator Incubator Program members are not allowed to criticize other Chorus members, as part of the contract. So each member, must have a list of other members. I think it is undeniable that David Pakman is a member of Chorus.

There are 2 organizations mentioned in the article, Chorus and The Sixteen Thirty Fund. Chorus is the Creator program cofounded by Brian Tyler Cohen. The Sixteen Thirty Fund is the dark money group which gave funding to Chorus. Some of the Chorus members were receiving money from The Sixteen Thirty Fund.
