Even while I was watching the last season of Handmaid’s Tale I never imagined how close we are to that becoming reality.

I went way north, all the way to northern Sweden. Only way I’m going back to the US is if they come and kidnap me. I lived in Seattle before this and people were still threatening to kill me for being trans. People where I live now I have to explain to them the danger I felt in the US and the most common reaction is “why would anyone care that you’re trans?”. There are so many safer places than the US

okay there’s no legal way to move there anymore for middle and working class people

So this is just anti-queer terrorism propaganda to make us feel unsafe and unwelcome everywhere

    thanks for posting

sure there is. you can come to Canada, hell we allowed quite a few asylum seekers from African nations in here a couple years ago…we let them sleep outside central intake on peter st in Toronto in winter…few of them died…but yeah you can come here. Good luck finding a place to live or a job though.

Canada should keep their border under strict control. The last thing Canadians need in Canada is more Americans.
