Of course not, bluesky isn’t free speech. Especially when it comes to righteous criticism of extremist hate religions.
All it takes is a few ‘moderate’ religious people to ban all free speech against hate religions. Then that allows the religious hate to flow freely, and the religious extremists to get their extremist religious bullshit an audience.

As far as I can remember, as long as some nostr relay contains that data you want, you can access it. Here is a long blog post about the differences between nostr and ATProto.
