I’ve little doubt governmental budget cuts (among other meddling) are contributing significantly to this issue.
Do they do the same thing as companies and come on the line every 20 seconds to remind you that your call in important? And it just annoys the shit out of you because for a very brief moment, you thought someone actually answered your call.
