If it is true that a thesis would benefit from the ‘observation of’/‘coexistence with’ different kind of good oppositions/evolutions/antitheses, then under the correct set of conditions we ‘should all desire to be’/‘would benefit from being’ united in diversity. Some say it’s the only way to progress.
