minus-squareCheetahHybrid@pawb.sociallinkfedilinkEnglisharrow-up1·8 months agoMost recipes will call for a bit of salt. Thats fine, but it’s homogeneous is the mix which means the flavor is uniform. Salt on top hits your tongue directly for a nice pop of flavor.
I just mix in some salt soon before I put them on the pan, but that would work too.
