Like just make an appreciation announcement for whom ever has been making a lot of post or creating content? Maybe even give a special made award ?

I think it may help drive some traffic and encourage more posts. But not all, some people may not care much.
Also, it could be repetitive if it’s always the same person month after month, for example.
