I don’t get why I keep seeing variations of the concepts of “Don’t immanentise the eschaton” giving that it originates as a summary of a a right wing german sociologists’ take on revolutionary politics as a form of gnosticism by another right wing blowhard, essentially saying not to do left wing politics because it’s spiritually evil. Within theology it is explicitly a call against doing good works.
Like why are you guys picking up so much right wing rhetoric? 🤔 I even saw someone posting that it is a sin within Christianity to immenitise the eschaton.

Fair enough. It’s just weird that there are so many right wing deep cuts on hexbear imo. Like if you asked the average republican about that phrase they’d just call you a slur.
