I just concluded that a certain road closure on an A-road in the Netherlands wasn’t routed around on OsmAnd, even after updating live updates. Is that expected to be work?

Temporary features are not mapped on OSM, so Osmand should get this from a different source:

The situation is not better in other OSM based apps: Magic Earth (paid) has a live updated layer with such information, but last time I checked it was only for display, not for routing. Iirc there is ongoing development for similar features in CoMaps
