    I live in an urban area, and they refuse to even offer this to me, so presumably the percentage would be even higher if they weren’t limited by overcapacity/underdeployment in some urban areas.

      Exactly. I had their service in an urban area when I used to live in my old apartment and the service from T-Mobile was both cheaper and better than the service my building would offer me because they had one of those exclusivity agreements and the company thought they could screw us all over.
