Lighter for scale
I wanted to make a gargoyle as a gift, but I couldn’t find one that fit my vision. So I turned to some tools for my personal projects.
First of all I generated it using the Qwen-Image model on the AI Horde

Then I used the Hunuan 3D 3.0 model to convert this into a 3D model and finally I printed it on my Bambulab A1 at 300%.
Turned out amazing. Literally no flaws and extremely smooth finish everywhere.

Watch some people hate on AI even more…
Clearly the right choice is that I should totally have spent thousands of Eur paying someone to sculpt it for me me or thousands of hours learning how to do it myself
Exactly my point. I personally think AI is fantastic.
Cool use of ai!
I don’t see the Hunuan model on the AI Horse site. Is it on there and I’m just blind, or is it elsewhere?
The hunuan 3d is very complicated to run, so it’s not currently available on the horde
Ah. Makes sense. Are you able to point me any resource? I found 2.0 on (what looks to me to be) their official site, but you had said 3.0.
You can also find and use 2.1 but in my case I used https://makerworld.com/en/makerlab for the model conversion
Ok, this is freaking awesome actually!
I thought it was a candle, and now I need a candle of this.
Damn, that’s really cool.
