And yet, my boutique academic journal Fuck Capitalism was rejected from Wikipedia’s list of reliable sources smh. /j
Unfortunately I couldn’t find this article on Anna’s Archive.
Citation #9 is from Communist and Post-Communist Studies.
“has been described as …” followed by a shady source is the wikipedia consent manufacturing special
“Communism has been described as (insert the most conservative source you can find that’s ‘credible’)”
this is why checking sources are important lol
it can’t be stated enough but checking sources just reveals how fucked Wikipedia really is, like I can’t look at it the same when half the articles sources utterly unempirical and biased pieces. Nothing gets criticized if it matches American belief; nothing gets improved if it goes against an admins wishes
The best part of accusing your enemies of doing horrible things in secret is that you don’t need to provide evidence for your claims, because it’s a secret.
I’m not uploading it to Anna’s Archive but here I uploaded it to LibGen for you: https://libgen.vg/edition.php?id=204833876
Actually I just realized that by uploading it to LibGen I did technically mirror it to Anna’s Archive so waow you’re welcome

Oh wow, thanks! I thought Anna’s included LibGen, but I’m either wrong or bad at searching
I think it may take awhile for it to be mirrored but there is a download link for it via Anna’s Archive on the LibGen upload!

How about you blobaum my dick
No mention of the Munich agreements in the whole fucking article, and the historical recap in the “Poland between the two wars” section coincidentally begins in 1919, right after the Polish invasion of Ukraine, of Belarus and of Lithuania… Written by a true redditor.
Also, lmfao at the section “Aftermath”:
Estimates among the numerous publications varied between 350,000 and 1,500,000 for civilians deported to Siberia and between 250,000 and 1,000,000 for the total number of civilians who had died. With the opening of the Soviet secret archives after 1989, more realistic and potentially smaller numbers were established. In August 2009, on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the Soviet invasion, the Polish Institute of National Remembrance announced that research estimates on the number of people deported to Siberia and those who had perished under Soviet wartime rule amounted to around a total of 150,000 Polish citizens
So, 1% of the total population of Poland. For reference, 25 million Soviets died as a consequence of Nazi invasion, more than 15% of the total population of the USSR at the time. The Nazis murdered 5.5 to 6 million Jews. And again, the 150k count deported.
