AirVPN (Eddie) has port forwarding. The interface isn’t very appealing and their website is meh, but it works and I got a great deal on a 3 year subscription.

I don’t think there’s been a turn based game that has sold as well as BG3 in a long time. They’re just chasing trends. Something like XCOM is a better comparison in terms of gameplay and style, but doesn’t have the sales that BG3 has.

Alan Wake 2 has great voice acting. I think the main character is just naturally more subdued and when compared with the theatricality of BG3 it just seems worse if you’re expecting that style.

Sometimes we just need someone to acknowledge that our situation is shitty. It can be downright therapeutic. Jumping straight into possible solutions is obviously a helpful thing to do, but sometimes it’s important to grieve a little first.
