if someone is unjustly banned i think its extremely fine if they make new account.

but you are claiming that they have been using multiple accounts at same time even in same threads, do you actually have proof of this? or did they get unjustly banned and hop on to a new account. people have been banned for talking about same issues as zposter or even having z intheir name, there isnt apparently any need for strong evidence to convict people mods dont like for any reason.

if the original ban was unjust then it is also unjust to ban them for ban evasion. people accuse them of being reactionary, antisemite and so forth but all they can nail zposter on is being an asshole, which is true.

but if you are going to ban people for being assholes well the there goes half of this site. is it even against the rules to be asshole? even if is, that rule is being selectively enforced and so unjust. some people can say that some people should be 6 feet under and not get banned. not asshole behaviour apparently.
