Sadly that kind of language apparently resonates with voters more than intelligent speech. It’s happening all across Europe as well. As someone from the Netherlands, I had a bit of a laugh when the right wing populists found out that governing is not at all as simple as they make it out to be. It’s the embodiment of ‘fuck around and find out’.
It’s hardly new. The United States have always been like that one popular kid in an elementary school. If you act the way he wants, he can be nice to you and your on his team. Take one step in a different direction and they’ll start badmouthing you, preferably behind your back.
They’ve been doing this to Russia and China for decades. As long as they have the stage, they can create any narrative they want and the audience will most likely adopt the opinion and start saying the same things.
The thing about propaganda is that, if it fits in your frame or reference, you’ll be more likely to accept it. If it doesn’t fit, like when it is about you, suddenly you’ll realize that this is something they have been doing about others all along and that it doesn’t break any patterns, apart from the recognition patterns of the receiver.
You can run nginx in a docker container and define reverse proxies there. That will only require your to open up 443 in your router if you use SSL (which I highly recommend and is simple with Let’s Encrypt)
Then I’d recommend connecting to your arrs and torrent client in Nzb360 paid edition to manage everything in there.
As far as safety, well nothing is bulletproof. If they want to get in, they will. Best thing I can recommend is to run your arrs / indexers through a different IP address than your torrent client. But if they want to find you, they’ll find you. Thing is they probably won’t come after you if your ISP doesn’t report you uploading terabytes a day. SSL helps and keeping your arrs behind complex passwords (use a password manager) will keep the server itself relatively safe.
Unless of course, ISPs in your country suddenly start to crack down on illegal downloading hard.
I am aware that it has an effect but I figured a glass or two a day didn’t really matter that much. I recall waking up extremely tired after drinking way too much but that’s to be expected.

After having just a few drinks every day for several weeks, now haven’t been drinking all week, not evert yesterday when I attended a pub quiz. Let the wife have a few so I’d drive home.
I somehow wake up later, but I can manage my energy better during the day. I get the feeling I might not have been sleeping well on a few drinks even though I’d sleep through the night.
Most flexible would be to make a PHP form with a MySQL/PostgreSQL database.

Oh yeah I lost big the last couple of days, tech stocks. Here’s hoping Trump’s term will be so bad, everyone will be like ‘AI can’t possibly do worse than this, let’s give it a go’. I’ll be rich. But most likely it’ll all be worth nothing. Speculating is fun.

It has some gimmicks that I don’t think will stand the test of time, but mostly I think it’ll be like 8 with some tweaks. It’ll be fine, I think.
They have been omitted and registered as technical debt but they went ahead with the release anyway since the CFO’s assistant only needs about half these anyway. For the coming three sprints, we will hire an external dev to finalize the card while it is in production. Any other developments on this will go to the backlog until the release is done.
