On my DJI RC (version one) I can tap the camera button to the right of the EV display and it replaces my EV display with a larger combo display that has ISO and some other statistics / controls

For readers in 2025 and later:

You need to ensure the seller unbinds their drone and RC from their account.

DJI has a new security policy that removes your ability to bind to a drone if it is still bound to another account.

Finders of lost drones can try to contact DJI and share the serial number and your contact info. They might forward it to the registered owner.

It seems a common reason to set up a frontend is for family use. I suppose that is a logical extension of designing a system for its users - if someone wants to use it a certain way, they get to use it that way.
