Finally watched the first preseason game and Cootes did look great. Willander is may need more AHL.

Garland actually has some new moves this year. I don’t recall him doing "put his head down and power move towards the goalie " as much last year. Maybe just preseason so no one checks as hard.

Hope (or maybe not) the goalie they played is AHL and not the backup goalie. Or else Wolf’s contract looks like a a steal cause he needs to play every night.

Agreed our D is looking good. Watching them play last year (especially when Petterson senior joined) the D looked in sync. And that definitely gives the young guys a great atmosphere to grow.

100%. Didn’t watch the first 2 games but watched last night’s . Tkachuk was good but the others pretty much flat. Those 2 in the next round will be at a total diff level.
