I’m using GrapheneOS, I’m not sure if the will work:

In the Settings menu, type “Automatically turn on tomorrow”.

You should see the setting to turn that off.

With Linux support and zero knowledge encryption, i know of Tresorit(Switzerland) and filen(Germany). Tresorit is a bit costly depending on the space that you need. Filen had goods deal on black friday last year and is more affordable.
