If you go under the toggle, there are 2 sections with all of the apps listed in them, at least on my end there is.
See if selecting what apps helps. I’ve had it setup for a while, so I don’t remember if you need to opt-in a bunch of apps, or it defaults everything in, but you need to deselect.
Federal Colonoscopy in action:
I always knew lizardpeople were behind knitting. Thanks for the confirmation.
It’s called Digital Wellbeing now, but same idea.
You can also set “Screen Time Reminders” that pop up every 5 minutes to show you how long you’ve been in the app.
Also, in this same space, you can set App Limits and set a certain amount of time an app is available while using the screen. This is not counted if it’s in the background or the screen is off. So, if you have a limit on Youtube, but use it in the background to listen to podcasts or music it doesn’t count towards the limits.
I don’t know of any other app that provides the kind of basic functionality already built into the OS. Also, if they update to suddenly do something nefarious, you’ve given them admin permissions to know app usage, and draw over apps so they can show you the time. What else could they do with those permissions if you just update without reading fully?

No, the rights remain, but police do have some requirements due to policy and procedure.
Per this lawyer blog:
Police are not required to read your Miranda rights before or during arrest. While some officers may choose to do so, they are only legally obligated to “Mirandize” suspects who are being questioned in custody.
It’s a good read overall to get the history of what Miranda Rights are and why people feel so passionately about them. They’re basically the 5th and 6th amendments, and reading them to the suspect reminds them that they have specific rights.
I believe you can’t get the whole case thrown out, but if the rights were not read and the person has a decent enough lawyer much of the testimony given under duress can be called into question. This can cause issues in a case like this and prosecuting attorneys will have to fight that his testimony is still good. The jury is not going to like it.

Kinda lucky guess there.
The way I’ve seen it is that Solar Panels of quality can last for 10 years. Electric cars also need less maintenance like oil changes, mufflers, etc. So, the thought of having a system where you don’t need to re-purchase or even talk to someone that would “fix” the thing for the better part of a decade is untenable. The same reason most things are going subscription service, even if one is not needed. They need to be constantly rolling in money, or they don’t feel whole.

Yeah, never did well with those games at the fair either.
He did label the difficulty as “unreasonable”. In my mind, it’s not meant to be truly fair, just solvable.
Some of it is going to be guessing at this stage. There are a lot of numbers missing, so you won’t know until you take a guess and start filling things out.
Is the “no guessing” thing just a limit you placed on yourself?
