Israel is a valid state that is commiting genocide, ethnic cleansing, apartheid, occupation and other crimes against humanity.
In a two state solution, one of the two states would be Israel. And it’d better pay reparations.
In a democratic one state solution with equal rights for all, the future state will be a successor to all of present day Israel’s debts, infrastructure, institutions, etc, in the way post-apartheid South Africa is a legal continuation of apartheid South Africa.
Basically, the possible justice-oriented solutions are based on the “validity” of Israel. So, when you’re saying it’s invalid, what do you mean?
