If you use the Vivaldi Blocker ore uBO, trackers are blocked. In Vivaldi by default by AdBlock and DDG filters +custom filters which you can add. You can also install Portmaster, with which you can monitor all the traffic of every app you use and blocking the traffic you don’t want. But the problem is, that this avoid unwanted data in your device, but not the data which logs Google in it’s server, profiling you and with it also an privacy risk, apart of the filter bubble effect, which can be even worse. Because of this, don’t use Google, Bing, Yandex, etc. and use instead search engines which don’t log your activity, eg, Startpage, DDG, Andisearch, Mojeek, Qwant, etc.
