The title is the title, and I think the simplest reading, given the title and the author acknowledging that the reactionary drivel is “very funny,” is that the “rhetoric” being objected to is specifically the display of the term “cocksucker”. OP can correct me if they like, but I really think you’re just claiming your own opinion is the opinion.
