About two decades too late, but now the DCEU finally has the chance to actually be entertaining slop instead of a depressing slog full of Übermenschen. I actually really enjoyed the new Superman, so maybe we’ll get more fun excuses to eat popcorn this time around.

I watched all of Peacemaker season 1 and barely remember a fuckin thing. I had to go back and look up the retconned scene in question to jog my memory.
Good riddance though. they snyderverse was just awful all around.
i will give snyder this, he delivered on his promise of pure, uncut objectivist fables the likes of which haven’t been seen since rand novels. and, happily, since a general audience had to sit through them instead of self-selecting rand readers, they were rejected as inhumane and garbage. kudos.
I’m not a huge superhero fan, but James Gunn really seems to have been the best person to hire to manage a capeslop pipeline.
