I get the base mechanics of a fighting game but my brain and hands are fundamentally incompatible with learning combos for anything among pretty bad tendon pain and RSI and general stiffness.

Destrega is perfect for me because it has all the essence there but the controls don’t expect me to be playing OSU on a fightpad at 3 billion kpm until my fingers fall off.

Anyone ever played this game? Its a really fun magic based brawler that I kind of wish existed today. I also beat my brother at it who is a massive fighting game nerd hehe

    I have a trapped nerve in my shoulder that makes playing fps on mouse only doable for about 30 minutes. I used to be a quake nerd but I can barely aim anymore and am relegated to controller for most games but my fingers are sluggish as all hell.

    Sorry to hear about that comrade. I also loved soul calibre I used to repeat the arcade mode on loop it clicked with me a lot. Played a silly amount of tekken as well but never got good. Dead or alive was good fun as well. It’s sad that a lot of the things I once enjoyed are no longer playable :(

      Oh Gods, I miss Quake lobbies.

      I can’t do FPS games on PC anymore cause I physically cannot lift my index finger on the left hand, so I can’t use WASD.

      I mean, I can kinda play by lifting my finger with my thumb but that only works in single player games; can’t be competitive with a handicap like that though.
