^o\w*o$It’s the cutest regex I’ve ever seen
OwO
Ohio
It’ll be a cold day in hell before I acknowledge Ohio

Names presumably don’t count… or Oslo would work too.
why not? Names are words
Proper nouns often break grammar rules, so probably that’s why.
I remember one time that we had a friend visiting our town (as teenagers) from the other side of the country, and he just couldn’t get over how locally the conjugation rules we used for the name of the town didn’t follow the “regular ones”. Even after I showed him a list from our national linguistic office, listing all the odd conjugations that proper names of towns use. He still argued he was in the right. Against the linguistic office and literally every person in town (and who knee of the town).
It wasn’t this exact one, but this is the closest equivalent to the simplifies list they had 20+ years ago.
Onto
Oregano
Ugh, and someone’s already posted that, but it rightfully won’t federate.
owo
Oro gold in Spanish.
Otro ojo ornitólogo (and any profession which starts with o)
Orangutan
I think you mean: Orangutany
Oreo I’m hungry. Oleo I need to leak
Closest thing I can come up with is “ortho”, an abbreviation of the word “othrodontist”.
Ortho is a great word. You don’t wanna overdo too many letters in the same sentence. End up making what seems like an outro last way too long. Orthodontist is too clunky anyway. It all needs to feel like an oratorio, not some discordant harmony. Can’t let the word outdo what you’re trying to say. Besides, it all needs to fit neatly on an octavo anyway. Can’t over-go the lines. Anyway, I digress.
tagalog says:

Uhh Oreo? Not that hard…
Orgazmo
think its still free on YouTube. If you like Trey Parker + Matt Stone humour, you will like Orgazmo too
