No way, they just want their old sweet thatcher deal back and we’ll be stuck with their attitude as they used to. They will probably also try pushing their palantir connections into the EU and other USA Agendas!
they just want their old sweet thatcher deal back
Is anyone actually saying that? I think everyone knows the UK has fallen out the trapdoor and would probably need to enter as a regular member without the past special conditions.
Some british politicians and civil society. Yes
Some used to, but not since the UK finally left, surely? Got any links, quotes? I’d like to see who’s being mad.
I didnt record the pub me and my boyfriend went to. But it was in portsmouth
And what politicians or civil society organisations were in the pub with you?
Ordinary people in pubs talking mad nonsense is not exactly unusual anywhere!
Politicians that was from parliaments. And no i dont know in which statements -.-
ok, cool. You can search our parliaments at TheyWorkForYou.com and I don’t think any have said that sort of nonsense for a few years.
Personally I rather they don’t bother. I don’t feel like hearing their dumb bitching and whining again for years to come. They wanted out, so stay out. We’ll talk again in 30 years.or so.
I think that we, as EU, should just not care about it. They want, good, they follow our rules. They don’t want, still good, the still have to follow out rules to sell something in EU. I don’t see the problem here
With a customs union they can bitch all they want, they won’t have a vote or any say on European policies.
Personally I’d like for EU and UK to cooperate more instead of less. Cooperation creates progress. We can see how ending cooperation is harmful on both sides both with Brexit and with Trump. But UK can never get their former status back in EU. Not even in 30 years.
If they want in a customs union with the EU. they can join the EAA. No need to treat them like they are anything special.
I’m guessing you mean EEA. And Norway has very specifically stated that they have no interest to be tied in with UK, and why shouldn’t UK be able to have their own deal like Switzerland?
They didn’t want out. Putin wanted them out and found willing recipients of his money in Gill, Farage and friends. Combine that with a jolly hockey sticks Old Etonian leader who didn’t put any real punishments for lying in the referendum laws and Vlad’s your uncle.
They didn’t want out. Putin wanted them out
Putin managed to topple the US, GB and is about to topple F and D soon. How can that be true? The intelligence agencies can’t be that bad and the media not that cheap to buy.
agencies can’t be that bad
They are worse
the media not that cheap to buy.
It’s even cheaper
But then the FSB, KGB would be the exception. How?
FSB is as inept and stupid as everyone else is. The US wasn’t even brought down by the proper agency, it was like 10 rich deeply insane Russians and couple dozen of students who know a bit of python and a bit of English.
US society was barely held together by the assumption that everyone else shares your craziness, and was absolutely, totally unprepared for the possibility that someone will lie on the internet.
To be honest, it’s more or a human condition overall, you need to have very specific training and education to even attempt to resist it, that’s why LLM has this tight of a grip on stupidiest members of humanityit was like 10 rich deeply insane Russians and couple dozen of students
How come the US can still defend against any political movement that comes from within?
To be honest, it’s more or a human condition overall, you need to have very specific training and education to even attempt to resist it
Can you elaborate a bit, please? I don’t understand this.
I always found that to be a cheap cop-out. It’s your vote, so your responsibility to check the information you get. If you’re not willing to do that, you shouldn’t be voting.
You are not immune to propaganda
Maybe, but voters get used to normal elections where we do have some protections against outright lies, as the likes of Phil Woolas have discovered, and against elected politicians being paid mouthpieces, as Neil Hamilton and now Nathan Gill have found. We’ll never know why Piggy Cameron did not include better protection against lying in the referendum laws.
It’ll be months upon months of the British parliament trying to have their cake and eat it, too, all over again. Maybe also a couple of votes rejecting “No deal”, while not accepting any deal, of course.
Brexit, the gift that keeps on giving.
Most of the idiot MPs who did that last time have been booted out now and almost all the rest will go next time.
The trouble is that it looks like we may get a bunch of Russian-backed isolationists in their place, unless the Gill scandal gets some proper coverage in the press.
