Spent a full week trying to get Claude/Cursor to unfuck my router after I asked it to help me set up some isolated subnets via SSH. It really struggled with retaining “object permanence”, or remembering instructions. I had to nuke it and start from scratch…twice.

7·10 months agoGenuine question…it seems generally known that malicious groups (both state entities or hackers) have spent considerable effort and resources hoarding day zero exploits. As soon as 10 is out of LTS in October, those groups start turning on their scripts, right?
To me it seems not only possible but nearly certain that there’ll be a significant malware/botnet attack in Q4 across Windows 10 devices. Am I missing something?
