Another thing to consider is quality. I’ve had a pair of Bose over ear headphones for 9 years that I bought on sale for about 200$. I treat them like crap and they keep on kicking. I’ve replaced the ear pads twice for 20$. Sometimes quality is worth factoring in too.

Strange. I don’t have access to the posted link but this one has the same author, same post date, same article image and title however from what I can tell, has a different starting sentence: https://www.yahoo.com/news/articles/2025-felt-disaster-numbers-tell-120000268.html

Definitely one of the funniest movies IMO. I only wish I’d seen this as a kid. Seeing it as an adult was quite a treat though and I’ve never heard my wife laugh as hard as when watching this movie: https://youtu.be/TJ9f2rnjB84
EDIT: typos
The difference between these pictures is like when unseen siblings are fighting and when a parent walks in.
I was sure it was going to be a cat playing with a reflective hanging object or something. The brief clip of the words gives it away though.
Most adults are just kids with more responsibilities.
Giving off some Weasel vibes from Suicide Squad 2.

It must be amazing to have the nose sensitivity of a dog, to enjoy smelling everything and have smells rammed up your nose at highway speeds.
Just wait till they grow up and realize a certain amount of weirdness is genetically inherited.
Um, is the cat wearing clothes??? Also, that sneer is amazing.

A deep dark cold despair from within.
My brian autocorrected this headline for me.
Shrek vibes

Though I’m generally familiar with the process of mining, I wasn’t clear how noise could be such a problem. TIL:
A single mining machine can produce sound levels of 70 to 90 decibels (dB), comparable to a vacuum cleaner or a busy street. When aggregated in large-scale operations, the noise can be heard over long distances and has led to health complaints and legal challenges from nearby residents.
I just took a picture of one of these recently! No touchy though.

I don’t think most cats like wearing things. When our cat got spayed we were worried she was licking the stitches too much and put a sock on her. She just fell over and stayed like this. She rated it 0/10, was not a fan.
