Yeah sex is cool but have you ever drawn a fish that received 12 upvotes?
I’m just a teenage dirtbag, baby 🇵🇸

Summer is only cool if you have friends or money. If you have neither, summer is a nightmarish hellscape
I listen to a bunch of different podcasts, here are some of my favourites:
Guys with Bryan Quinby - a podcast about different types of guys. This is basically required listening for Hexbears. Every episode, the hosts and the guest of that week choose a type of silly online guy and read funny posts and reviews.
Pew Pew Bang - a gaming podcast which is also a slumber party. Four women from games media chat about games and stuff. Immaculate vibes.
Overdue - a podcast about the books you’ve been meaning to read. Every week they read one book and talk about it. Wide range of books and very nice hosts.
If Books Could Kill - also a podcast about books, but this one is specifically about bad books. Bad popular science books, bad books about relationships, bad political books. It’s funny and informative.
All of these podcasts have good politics, which is a bonus.
This is on the top of my wishlist currently but I’ve heard it could use a bit more time in the oven so I will pick it up later. It seems like my type of game so I’m looking forward to it.
I bought Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown on the recent Steam sale. It’s a metroidvania that came out recently and got great reviews. Played 3 hours of it so far and it’s super fun. Moving around and fighting enemies both feel great, which is the most important thing in this type of game.
I sometimes use Cronometer to track my calories, it has a browser version so I can quickly track everything on my laptop. It’s free and very easy to use, you can copy/paste meals or entire days that you tracked
That’s a good start, I think that sleep is one of the 4 pillars of well-being. If you get that under control, you’re already making good progress
Are there some libraries or parks in your area? That’s where I would go to. Also, I like to go on a walk outside while listening to podcasts. Are you into podcasts?
This week I practiced meditation on 4 days and went running on 2 days.
My sleep has been kinda garbage lately. I want to develop a new habit to turn of all screens at 10:30PM and read books before bed.

If you like snacking, maybe it would be easier to replace them with healthy snacks instead of cutting back. For example, I like to eat fruit salads. My favourite is a banana+pear+peach combo with some lemon, honey and cinnamon. Good luck with your goals!
That makes sense since plants are less calorie dense than animal products. So when people switch to a plant based diet, they can eat more food than before and still lose weight. I lost 3kg recently without calorie tracking just by sticking to my plant based diet
I put soybeans, red kidney beans, chickpeas, black lentils, corn, bell pepper and tofu. I also make a salsa sauce with a bunch of herbs and spices Do you make burritos?
Looking forward to your posts! I think it’s important to share even when it’s not going well. We all have L’s so we can help each other if we share them.
If you want to read more and you’re interested in losing weight, you can feed two birds with one scone by reading How Not to Diet. It’s a rigorously researched evidence-based book on healthy nutrition and weight loss. I finished reading it this year and it’s a banger!
It looks good but every part of the city looks identical. I understand that cyberpunk as a genre is a critique of capitalism and the city is supposed to be a claustrophobic hellscape. But this doesn’t make for very rewarding exploration in a videogame. At least in my experience so far.
I recently played The Ascent which is another cyberpunk game, they handled this much better. Every part of the city is visually distinct and has its own personality.
But I’m gonna continue playing Cyberpunk, I still feel like I have just scratched the surface, maybe I will change my mind.
Yesterday I meal prepped 15 vegan burritos, now I have healthy dinner for the next 2 weeks in my freezer. I’ve been doing this for the past few months and it’s an insane life hack. Highly recommended

I’m still grinding through Cyberpunk out of sheer sunk cost fallacy. I’m currently 14 hours in.
It’s not a good open world game since the open world is not very engaging. It’s not a good RPG game since most of the choices don’t feel meaningful. It’s not a good FPS game since the enemies are bullet sponges.
They should have called this game Yapping Simulator 2077. And the yapping isn’t even that good
Actually I’m gonna disengage now
Have a good one
I went to the cinema to see 28 Years Later and it turns out that it’s absolute kino
Looking forward to the rest of the trilogy
