Vegan Chilaquiles recipe

Chilaquiles are a traditional Mexican breakfast dish made with tortillas.

In central Mexico, it is common for the tortilla chips to remain crisp. To achieve this, all ingredients except the salsa are placed on a plate and the salsa is poured at the last moment before serving. In Guadalajara, cazuelas are kept simmering, filled with chilaquiles that become thick in texture, similar to polenta. In the state of Sinaloa, chilaquiles are sometimes prepared with cream. In the state of Tamaulipas, on the northeast side of the country, red tomato sauce is commonly used. In the state of San Luis Potosí, it is also common to serve chilaquiles with cecina rather than pulled chicken.

I might have fucking sun poisoned myself, fuck, i read that UVB exposure is much higher from 10-2pm so i made sure to go out then and i was out for like 50 minutes and definitely over shot how much sun i wanted. I feel it just throbbing warmth all over and i expect to feel fatigue and chills later. I just hope i don’t get blistering and shit ugh fuck

P.s. nobody needs to warn me about skin cancer, i know, but it turns out it makes my psoriasis go away and im sick of peeling itchy skin and im probably gonna die of cancer anyway so yea

For next time: WATER. and take a 5 minute break after like 20 minutes of exposure. That was my routine on a heat wave day last week and I was in the sun got 6 hours or so. I was exhausted after but I was also swimming n feel like that amps up the sleepies by 30x. Perhaps use a very low spf too I use 15-30 SPF and reapply every two hours or something. I want to tan, and it works
