I’d say Nog reforms later in the series, but in season 7 he’s still borrowing Sisko’s desk and Martok’s bloodwine without permission.
That was just part of The Great Material Continuum. It all worked out just fine.

In the “DS9: Millennium” trilogy, that’s pretty much exactly what kicks off the plot lol.
